Honoring the body at every stage in life includes the acknowledgement that
one’s needs change over time. To that end, I am pleased to provide a variety of
massage, bodywork, education and self-care services:
At My Studio:
60, 75 and 90-minute massage and bodywork
appointments. Included
are:
- Initial intake to discuss overall health and goals; follow up at each
session to assess effectiveness
of treatment
- Personalized hands-on treatment that may incorporate any of the
following styles of work: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Acupressure, Myofascial
Release, NeuroMuscular Retraining. (Click

- Self-care stretches and exercises to maintain your feeling of well being
Price: $80/60 minutes, $100/75 minutes, $120/90 minutes
Healing Stone Massage.
Basalt rocks heated in water to 120-150 degrees "rest" on the body -- melting
tissue -- while warmed stones work in my hands to relieve muscle tension,
increase circulation and provide a deep, integrated bodywork session.
Cool marine stones may also be incorporated to address inflammation
and congestion.
Available as 75 and 90-minute sessions only.
Price: $125/75 minutes, $145/90 minutes. Includes intake, assessment
and self care.
At Your Home:
Massage lessons for couples and small groups.
Price: $750/3, 90-minute training sessions; call for a quote for groups of 4
or more

Price: $100/1, one-hour lesson ($15 discount for lessons at my Chicago
studio)

 At Your Office:
Chair massage for
stress reduction, increased mobility and productivity and improved morale;
performed over-the-clothing, without lotion or oil.
Price: $ 80/hour, 2 hour
